By popular demand, SmartrMail now supports A/B testing!
This feature allows you to test two different subjects lines for your manual email campaigns with the ease and simplicity our users love about SmartrMail. All you have to do is come up with the two subject lines you wish to test and everything else is fully automated for you.
A small segment of your campaign’s recipients will be sent subject line A and another small segment will be sent subject line B (10% each by default). After a set amount of time has passed (3 hours by default) SmartrMail will look at the open rates for subject line A emails and compare that against subject line B. The remainder of your campaign’s recipients will be sent whichever subject line has achieved more opens.
You can customise the number of people receiving the A/B test subject lines (the test size) and the time SmartrMail will want before determining the winning subject line.
